Use of Site - Members' Accounts
You must be eighteen (18) years old or over to use or view the Web Site. Use of the service is void where prohibited. By using and/or viewing the Web Site, you represent and warrant that you have the right, authority, and capacity to enter into this agreement and to abide by all of the Terms and Conditions of this agreement and that you are at least 18 years old (21 years old in AL, MS, NE, WY, and any other location where 18 is not the age of majority) and you are aware and fully understand that the content of this website contains adult material.
All Members of the Service shall receive a password and an account. Members are entirely responsible for any and all activities which occur under their account whether authorized or not authorized. Member agrees to notify DancersBook of any unauthorized use of Member's account or any other breach of security known or should be known to the Member. Member's right to use the Service is personal to the Member. Member agrees not to resell or make any commercial use of the Service without the express written consent of DancersBook.
Refund Policy
DancersBook users may have profiles either at a "basic" level (free) or may sign up for a paid membership. DancersBook charges membership fees for each paid membership account. Paid membership fees are renewed according to the User's selected renewal options, unless deactivated by the subscribing User. DancersBook will automatically charge the membership fee to the User's designated payment method and you authorize us to charge such payment method for the appropriate membership fees and amounts stated. DancersBook reserves the right to increase membership fees or to institute new fees at any time, upon reasonable notice posted in advance on this Website. The act of paying fees does not exclude the member from these terms or the site's rules, which must be obeyed by all members.
DancersBook does not provide refunds for any membership fees. Downgrades to a less expensive membership or cancellation of any membership will not result in any refund or credit of fees already paid. Membership fees are charged up-front and no refunds or credits will be given upon cancellation or downgrades. The downgrade of a membership will go into effect at the end of your current billing cycle.
Membership, Subscriptions and Billing.
All paid memberships and other subscriptions shall renew, automatically and without notice, for successive periods of equal length to the initial subscription period, commencing upon the expiration of the initial subscription, and continuing thereafter for successive periods of equal length to the initial subscription period, unless and until this Agreement is canceled by the subscriber or the Site in accordance with the terms hereof. Each period shall be referred to as the "Subscription Period."
(b) The Site may, at any time and at its sole discretion, cancel any subscription.
(c) To cancel automatic renewal of a subscription at any time, the subscriber must notify the Site at least four days before the end of the subscription period. Notification may be made by using the online cancellation attendant or by e-mail or U.S. mail, as provided at: http://www.DancersBook.
(d) All cancellation requests received by the Site will be effective upon receipt, not upon subscriber's transmission of the request. The Site is not responsible for cancellation requests that are not successfully transmitted. E-mail and U.S. mail are not always reliable means of communication. Therefore, the Site advises subscribers who wish to cancel a subscription to use the online cancellation attendant.
(e) If a user cancels a subscription, or if a subscription is cancelled by the Site, the subscriber's username and password will be removed from the system at the end of the then current subscription period and the subscriber will be entitled to receive the full benefits of the subscription until the end of such period. Subscriber shall not be entitled to any pro-rated or partial refund if the subscriber cancels the subscription before the end of the then current subscription period. The subscriber agrees that if the subscriber cancels at any time after purchasing a subscription to the Web Site (e.g., 20 minutes after signing up), the subscriber will still be charged for the full subscription period.
(f) All charges to a user's credit card or debit card for subscription, under the Terms and Conditions of this Agreement, will be made in advance by automatic credit card or debit card debit and user hereby authorizes the Site and its agents to process such transactions on the user's behalf.
(g) All charges to user's credit card are nonrefundable.
(h) Users understand and agree that subscription to the Web Site will be billed to the subscriber's credit card as "Max Concepts LLC."
Content on the Site

Private Information. Post only what you want people to see. We are not responsible for anything that you post, but we recommend keeping any private information off of your page. You must respect the privacy of other members.

Harassment: If somebody is harassing you, we prefer that you handle the situation on your own.  Ignoring the other party has proven to be the best method for handling these situations.  If it becomes severe, please contact a moderator. Again, keep your game tight! If someone wishes to be left alone respect it and walk away, theres plenty to more do work with!
